What is an unlocked phone?

  Unlocked is a term used mainly when referring to GSM (sim card based) Phones and it means that the phone can be used with any compatible sim card used by many wireless carriers.
Most phones sold here is the US are are typically locked to the carrier, limiting the usability.

How do I return an item?

  To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number.
All merchandise purchased from Cellularking.com is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

What are the return rules and policies?

  Returned merchandise must be  in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty.

Return period:
14 days
for mobile phone accessories.

No returns on:
Software data cables once seal is broken.
Phones with more than 30 minutes registered usage.
Headsets that have been used.
Blister-packed items once opened.
Items without packaging and contents.
 
Rules & Policies:
No returns will be accepted without an RMA # Call 212-212-889-5555 or email marc@cellularking.com 
RMA #’s will expire 1- 2  days from the date given.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.
Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Cellularking.com  reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 25%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card,(paypal will be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.
 
 
 


Do I have to pay sales tax?

  Cellularking.com only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within New York State. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as our local New York sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of New York State.

  If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately at 1-212-889-5555 . Emailing is not  Recommended for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email..You will be charge a $5.00 Order Processing Fee.
